So guys, it is once again that time that the makeup trends are changing and we are introduced to things we know, things we once knew and the brand new! For AW12, we see a lot of the same trends from over the years and also, some trends we know only that little bit different!!

Lets have a little look shall we!

Lips are mostly always a key trend when we look over the years of the every changing makeup looks and it is no different this Autumn/Winter. Lips are still bang on trend, with more rich colours like reds, dark purples and even, browns! (Not too sure the latter is for me but whatever colour you choose, keep it bold & beautiful!!)

Smokey eye, Yes that is right, you are looking at the new trend of smokey eye that has hit some of our big designer catwalks as of late. With this look, it is much the same as our black and brown smokey eye, only a lot more soft and If I do say so myself, elegant. It seems that white could fast be on its way to becoming the new black!

Gothic Glamour is another big trend we can see this AW12. Pale skin, a dark contour and the bold lip, this look is definitely eye catching and adds that gothic touch to the fashion world!

No matter what the makeup trends are and believe me, there are plenty, always remember because it is in fashion, doesn’t mean the looks will suit everyone. Have a play around, mix and match and find what suits YOU!!
