So, I’m a massive fan of contouring but often, it can look to harsh against my pale complexion. My boyfriend Mikey bought me a gift the other week, when he said it was makeup, I was a little afraid that he may have been ripped off/bought something that I would never use. It was a set and in that set was, the makeover essential shimmer powder brush.

I was apprehensive to use it, not knowing the brand or what it could be like but I thought I would give it a little try, still forever the skeptic. The shimmer powder brush I got as a gift was in bronze, it comes in a tube, at the top is the brush and at the bottom, it the powder. All you have to do is take the brush to your face and apply where you wish, the powder comes out as you stroke. I must admit, I was shocked (being the makeup snob that I am) that the brush felt so soft against my skin yet not too soft, just right. The colour was stunning against my skintone, just adding a gorgeous shimmer and youthful look to my face, not too much like my usual contour colour.
It is so simple to use, a really good colour for all skin tones, the bronze would compliment pale skin, tanned skin and dark skin, it is just a very flattering powder. It comes in at £30.00 and comes in 3 different shades : Pink, Bronze and Gold, so you can pick whatever one you think would suit you best!
I’m pleasantly surprised by this little gift, it wouldn’t have been something I would have picked up, as I usually stick to my usual brands but I’m really glad that I tried this out, I will definitely be making a purchase when my powder brush runs out, which is soon because I have been using it non stop!
If you are looking to give your skin a stunning glow and haven’t found anything to satisfy, this is amazing and you might want to look into giving it a try guys!

Okay, so I am a massive fan of Rouge Bunny Rouge and their glorious products and my friends at Rouge Bunny Rouge have sent me out some goodies to tell all of you about! Exciting!

The Rouge Bunny Rouge Metamorphoses Mattifying Primer comes beautifully packaged, like all of the RBR products, a really luxurious brand. The primer is in a 29ml tube with a lovely design. The formula of the primer is thick, comes out and spreads very easily all over the skin, feeling very smooth. Once applying the primer, you can instantly feel your skin softer and it has a very velvet feeling to it - almost powder like too. The product contains meadow foam seed oil, which helps smooth those fine lines and wrinkles.
This primer really gives your skin the base it needs before applying your makeup. I would even say this could most definitely be used on its own, it is that good. Once applied, you can get on with your day and not have to worry about how your makeup is looking, this primer has you covered.
I have really sensitive and dry skin and also found that the RBR primer helped hydrate my skin, I’m guessing it is all the lovely little ingredients that make up this lovely primer.
Out of all the primers I have tried, this one is definitely the one to beat. Rouge Bunny Rouge never seem to get it wrong, Well done guys. I love it.
The primer comes in at £44.00 and will last you quite a while, all you need is a little pump and you are good to go. You can purchase this beauty at http://www.zuneta.com.
You should also check out their stunning website at http://www.rougebunnyrouge.com/ & ofcourse, their facebook page http://www.facebook.com/rougebunnyrouge that often have competitions!!

As a makeup lover, I’m a huge fan of Estee Lauder and its many comapanies. I have tried hundreds of liquid eyeliners, from the cheap and cheerful to high priced. I have tried loads I love and been satisfied with to an extent but when I put on my liquid liner, I want it to stay in place, I don’t want to be topping it up every couple of hours and that is usually the case with most. This is where Estee Lauder Double Wear Liquid Eyeliner came in and saved my days.
Estee Lauder Double Wear Liquid Eyeliner comes in 4 different colours to choose from. It has a sleak, slim lined applicator which means it can get right into the lash line. It claims to be zero smudge and to have 15-hour staying power. I, skeptical as ever, had my doubts until I tried it. It does exactly what it claims to do. The applicator creates a beautiful, sleak line, which you can create your look with easily. Once I put the liquid eyeliner on and left it for around 1 minute, it had dried. You can then get on with your day, forgetting about having to re-apply your makeup. I actually think it can last a lot longer than 15 hours because taking it off proves quite difficult sometimes but still, it does exactly what it claims. Dark, zero smudge and very much stay in place.
This retails at £19.00 and I would say it is worth every penny. You will not find yourself having to re-apply the liner and you can get on with whatever the day brings!
